The United States Geological Society still believes that there are plenty of undisclosed sources of oil. I am adamantly against the furtherance of global warming in Billion Dollar Free money grants to large oil corporations to find new oil fields. I believe that grant money should go toward major U.S. automakers and innovators or in rebates back to consumers who follow energy conservation principles. Our State needs to support citizens who develop and install alternative "Green" energy technologies. Big oil is always in Washington D.C. looking for approval to create massively polluting and environmentally unsound projects in the remaining pristine undisturbed regions of the Earth. I do not agree that this is good policy for America.
